Dr. Khandol drives strategic direction and key decision-making for client engagements at Aurrent Advisors. A Fellow Chartered Accountant since 1990, he holds a Science degree from Gujarat University, a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA), LLB, and a PhD in “Economic Development of Kutch after Earthquake 2001.” He is a current member of AMFI and IRDA.
His career has centred on business advisory and system audit, with a focus on research and commercial analysis that supports informed strategic, financial, and operational decisions. Over three decades, he has conducted internal and system audits for organisations with turnovers ranging from ₹50 crore to ₹5,000 crore across industries, pan-India and internationally. His expertise in process optimisation has consistently helped organisations enhance profitability, strengthen controls, and ensure optimal resource utilisation.

CA Jinesh Shah is a founding partner at Aurrent Advisors, leading operational activities from the Gandhidham office since 2010. He specialises in management consultancy, risk advisory, and internal control frameworks, with particular expertise in fraud prevention and operational risk mitigation.
As Kutch District’s first Certified Internal Auditor (IIA-USA), Jinesh holds specialised certifications in forensic accounting and fraud detection. He serves shipping lines, logistics operators, freight forwarders, and manufacturing companies across India and internationally, delivering implementable solutions for internal controls, financial restructuring, and information systems implementation. His hands-on approach combines sector-specific operational knowledge with governance and compliance advisory for boards and senior management.

Mr. Paryank Trivedi has been associated with Aurrent Advisors since 1993 and is a valued member of the management team. He oversees management consultancy execution for freight forwarders, transporters, customs house agents, and manufacturing companies across multiple Indian locations and overseas.
His core expertise lies in the freight forwarding and shipping logistics sectors. With a distinguished career in management consultancy, system advisory, and assurance services, he has helped clients implement proactive and corrective measures that convert into commercial benefits. He has successfully led software and ERP implementation teams and possesses deep expertise in reviewing and strengthening internal controls across industry-specific solutions, including LogiSys, eBMS, Microsoft Navision, and Dynamics.

Audit Manager
Mr. Haresh Maheshwari is a Manager at Aurrent Advisors, who has been with the firm since 2019. He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and is a CA Inter, providing a strong foundation in finance and accounting. A multi-skilled professional, he specialises in technology-enabled processes, store audits, and operational improvements.
He plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening internal processes for clients, actively serving large-scale international clients with practical, technology-driven solutions across complex operational environments. Known for his adaptability and commitment to continuous learning, he consistently acquires new skills aligned with evolving business needs, enabling Aurrent Advisors to deliver reliable and value-driven advisory solutions.
